The spacious living area and bedrooms at ground floor level,open to terraces, with seating and dining areas, and a very pretty garden with flowers and trees, with views to St Tropez and the sea in the distance. The dining terrace outside the front of the house has a large barbecue. From here, there is a gate and steps leading down to the 14x6m swimming pool on a lower level, surrounded by a sun terrace and a lawned area. The pool has steps at both ends, and at one end of the terrace is a seating area with several stone lion statues. The pool can be heated on request, and there is also a large shower room and steam room.
The interiors have an Italian ambience with terracotta tiled floors, luxurious marble bathrooms and wall frescoes in the living room. Most of the rooms open to terraces or the garden.
