On crossing the threshold of the hotel's “Pure Altitude” Spa at the Hotel Royal Ours Blanc, you step into a space wholly dedicated to well-being. The Spa includes an indoor pool; dive into the warm water and swim a few lengths. Then, take a dry heat bath in sauna. Being a place made for sharing and well-being, it is recommended for eliminating stress, pausing and relaxing. The high temperature helps to get rid of toxins and to clean the skin. We recommend you follow your sauna session with a warm shower to reactivate the circulation. This is a great way to take care of your body after hurtling down the slopes of Alpe d’Huez, or just to relax.
