Arrival and transit Meet and Assist

The passengers are:

• met at aircraft gate or at the entrance of the terminal, depending upon aircraft parking, airport infrastructure, security procedures and services requested
• assisted through immigration, security and customs
• escorted to the lounge and subsequently to the gate or aircraft of departing flight (depending upon aircraft parking, airport infrastructure, security procedures and services requested), for transit services;
• escorted to baggage delivery belt for collecting the luggage and subsequently to arranged ground transportation, for arrival services.

Departure Meet and Assist

The passengers are:

• met kerbside at an arranged meeting point
• assisted through check-in, security and passport control
• escorted to the lounge or shopping and at the appropriate gate or to the aircraft depending upon aircraft parking, airport infrastructure, security procedures and services requested.

Prices

Terms and conditions:

• Prices are for 1 dedicated staff per service
• Prices are for 3 hours services starting from 30 minutes before the STA (Schedule Time of Arrival) of the flight (arrival and transit M&A) or 30 minutes before the scheduled time of appointment (Departure M&A)
• Any other service not mentioned above will be quoted ad-hoc based on the details and requirements of the client
• Cancellation fees: 50% for cancellation 12 hours before service; 100% for cancellation 6 hours before service
• Security restrictions that impact on the level of the services provided may apply for specific flights/airports. Security restrictions will be communicated at the time of the booking

Additional services available in italian airports

VIP Lounge service is available only on departure and transit.

Tarmac cancellation policy (except Rome Fiumicino for Alitalia Customers, Milano Linate and Florence):
• Less than 24 hours - 50% (irrespective of whether or not the cancellation is due to the fact that the flight is going to be parked at finger instead that at a remote stand);
• No show - 100% of cost.

Tarmac cancellation policy for Rome Fiumicino for Alitalia Customers, Milano Linate and Florence:
• Less than 24 hours - 100% of cost (irrespective of whether the cancellation is due to the fact that the flight is going to be parked at finger instead that at a remote stand).

Porter cancellation policy:
In case passengers do not require porter services upon arrival at airport, same will be charged at 100% of the tariff listed per airport, with a minimum of 2 pieces of luggage per person.

Porter night surcharge 20% applies when the service or a fraction of it is rendered between 21:00 – 07:00.
