This stylish boutique hotel is 4.4 km from the center of Bonifacio.
Rustic-chic rooms feature stone walls and driftwood accents. All have private terraces, minibars, flat-screen TVs and DVD players. Suites (some bi-level) add whirlpool tubs and sitting rooms.

• THE GOURMET RESTAURANT - L’ A Cheda
From the Tapas bar, the quiet reading corner in the kitchen garden, or wherever you may find yourself, you are never far from the restaurant, which is the heart of the hotel – recommended by Michelin but serving excellent fresh food above all else. The terrace-restaurant overlooks a luxuriant garden with pool and plashing fountain that bring an Epicurean touch to delight the senses at all times – whether at the morning breakfast buffet in the early sun, a bistro lunch by the pool or in the evening on the terrace, when a star-filled sky (and singing frogs) add its (their) magic.

• BREAKFAST - The perfect way to start your day !
Francois’ smile to greet you, and the wonderful aroma of toast, crusty-grained breads, cured local meats and cheeses. Deliciously creamy home-made yoghurts and fromage blanc stand in small glass jars, pure and plain or flavoured with vanilla, fig jam, refreshing herbs cut from the garden
The buffet breakfast offers a wide range of quality Corsican produce, carefully selected from the best local suppliers. Add a still-warm pastry straight from oven, the freshly-squeezed juice of local clementine, orange or grapefuit; try the traditional sandwiches with Nuccioli spread, based on the hazelnuts and hazelnut oil from Cervione village – children’s favourite. And then of course, the ubiquitous egg, maybe scrambled, poached, or with bacon.
The buffet is available from 7h30 to 10h30 on the terrace restaurant that overlooks the garden, full of morning sunshine and birdsong – or even the birds themselves.

• LE BAR À TAPAS
You cannot miss this charming area on your approach to the hotel Reception. Close to the pool and designed as intimate, alfresco ‘rooms’, the Tapas bar offers the perfect spot for informal entertaining with friends. Choose your own gourmet sharing plate to accompany an aperitif or the famous ‘Acheda’ cocktail – whose ingredients are a closely-guarded secret of the Maitre D. Relax under the stars after dinner with a Corsican speciality liqueur of Myrtle, Chestnut… or sample the locally-produced Eau de Vie with the famously complex flavours of the macquis.
During summer season the musical parties, aperitifs and dinners are organized. Singers and music bands are invited to create the most incredible rhythms of Corsican music, blues, soul, pop, etc...

• A CHEDA’S PICNIC
Ideal to take for a day’s exploration by the sea or into the mountains…
For a perfect day out, and preferably ordered the day before, our chef will prepare a beautiful portable meal to restaurant standard for a sumptious picnic wherever you will.

• THE ROOM SERVICE
We offer a special menu of dishes specially prepared for your unexpectedly late arrival (though Figari airport is only 15 minutes away) or end-of-a-very-long-day moments when a delicious meal served in the privacy of your own room is the most appealing option. These can be ordered in advance or direct from reception

The kitchen garden
Hidden to the west side of the hotel, this is easy to miss but well worth a visit for its colour, scent and timeless enchantment.

Some rooms open onto the richly planted beds, where seasonal herbs and a wide variety of vegetables are combined with protective flowers for truly organic produce.

For the uninitiated who might want to sneak their first cherry tomato or strawberry straight from the bush, they are very welcome! And for the very young, a short stroll through the richly aromatic herbs at the heart of the garden is a great sedative – and when they fall asleep, where better for a quiet moment for the parents than the reading corner…

The swimming pool in the heart of the garden
The 50 m² open air pool is heated from Easter to November. It is set in an attractive and large decked terrace with sunbeds on which to relax after a sauna or jacuzzi and the whole area accessible via special security gates only: there is no lifeguard.

Swimming towels are available from Reception on presentation of a ‘Pool Card’ , and our Maitre d’Hotel will be delighted to serve you iced tea as you relax…

The poolside Spa salon offers a range of tailor-made beauty treatments for body and face, with the experienced and qualified therapist. Using professional ‘Luxe’’ products to guarantee quality, the clients get the most personalized treatment for best results.
