In the Indian language, Hôtel TAJ-I MAH means “Crown of the Moon”.
This 115 carat diamond is the largest diamond never set into a crown, and now belongs to the Iranian royal family’s collection.

It is the first 5-star hotel in Les Arcs but also in the Paradiski ski area, which includes Les Arcs, Peisey-Vallandry and La Plagne.

The Hôtel TAJ-I MAH hotel is located on the edge of a cliff right in the heart of Les Arcs. The perched and airy nature of the building is highlighted by the architecture and decoration. The pointed roof reinforces this idea of aerodynamics and lightness.
Its exceptional location makes it a real source of natural light, the sun literally invades the room. Aware of the well-being that this light provides, Marc Miginac, the hotel’s architect, wanted to preserve this omnipresence and designed the large bay windows in order to frame the view. The feeling of full light, fullness and healing is obvious when entering the hotel. Whether in the rooms or in the common areas of the hotel, you can enjoy an unforgettable view at any time.
The decor is contemporary but also ethnic. In the common spaces and the restaurants, there are elements inspired by India and Tibet, which provides a touch of serenity. Everything has been chosen carefully: wooden flooring, sculpted metal sheets... The decor is based on classic luxury hotels: a large staircase, superb chandelier…
The spaces reveal a subtle mix of materials, combining softness and visual art. Playing with symmetry, colours and light, every detail has been carefully studied to offer a gentle harmony between luxury, comfort and relaxation.

The rooms are located on wooden floors on a stone base which houses the common areas and terraces. The suites are located on the top floor with double height and a panoramic effect.

Whether staying as a couple, a family or with friends, the hotel offers various possibilities, with rooms from 24 m² for the double room up to 70 m² for the mezzanine Suite on the top floor of the hotel.

• L'ATELIER
With warm and modern decor inspired by Tibet, l’Atelier offers rustic and modern cuisine mostly cooked in a wood fire.
The restaurant puts friendship on the menu, with grilled platters and shared dishes, such as pork shoulder or a double beef rib steak.
Harking back to its Savoie location, there is a focus on cheese with a delicious range of local specialities offered to food lovers and novices alike.
A unique and innovative concept, the kitchen is open, in a “show cooking” style, so you can carefully observe the care and talent of the kitchen team in preparing your dishes.
L’Atelier is a family restaurant and the hotel takes care to welcome and look after both the children and their parents. In line with this, meals have been especially designed with carefully chosen products so that we meet your children’s specific requirements. Thanks to these special menus, they will be in fine form on the slopes - whilst still enjoying a tasty meal!

You can also enjoy a traditional seasonal dish, revisited in a luxurious and sophisticated manner by talented chief: the gratin of pasta with truffle and ham from Savoie! As an accompaniment from starter to dessert, l’Atelier d’Eric offers a wide range of wines, all as excellent as each other, which will pair perfectly with your dishes and highlight their delicate and subtle flavours.
• THE TERRACE
If you would like to enjoy the magic of the mountain during this season, breathing in the pure air and admiring the falling snowflakes, the panoramic terrace is the ideal spot. Just settle down in one of the comfortable deckchairs and take in the soft winter rays. The south-facing terrace, accessible ski-in / ski-out, provides maximum sunlight and a unique view over the resort and the surrounding area.
You can have your lunch on the terrace of the restaurant l'Atelier from 12am to 2:30pm. Then, a snacking menu will fill peckish with a wide selection of simplified and quality dishes.
And every evening, enjoy a musical atmosphere with tasting plates, cocktail skibar under the sun of Les Arcs and its amazing landscapes.
• THE LOUNGE BAR
The Taj-I-Mah hotel Lounge Bar opens its doors for a pure moment of relaxation and friendliness.
To get you back on your feet after a day spent hitting the slopes, why not enjoy a delicious cocktail or a glass of good wine in front of the fire. Before dinner, the little ones can imitate adults and choose a cocktail from a menu which the lounge bar team has especially designed for the little angels.
A perfect transition between an emotional day and dinner, a moment in the enchanting setting of the Lounge Bar allows you to chat with friends, flip through a magazine, plan tomorrow’s activities, or just relax and enjoy the live music. The hotel offers concerts several evenings each week.

The Ski shop will welcome you all day at your departure and your return from skiing:
It is located on the floor of the reception. you will exit directly on the Olympic square and put on your skis at the exit of the store.
The Ski Shop will take care of your equipment upon your return from skiing. Your shoes, your helmets will be carefully dried for your next ski start.
