ACCOMMODATION
From one part of the building to another, all the eras, styles and influences highlight the simplicity of the historical architecture. All the rooms and suites open up to the outside on the ground floor. They have a terrace or balcony facing south/south-west with views over the park and/or the mountains. Tastefully and elegantly decorated, they are a shining tribute to colour and the art of patina. Marie Ceccaldi has successfully been involved in the charming decoration, carefully sourcing old furniture and objects.
Two of the rooms have disabled access.

• The Sinibaldi Bar
The bar is a charming refuge in the heart of the Signoria. It is a cosy cocoon that tells beautiful stories, like the zinc counter, a unique piece of 19th century furniture. The decoration, inspired by old Corsican houses, sets the tone, that of rare moments from another era. The Sinibaldi bar offers a varied menu and delicious nectars from the La Signoria cellar: wines, champagnes, cocktails with or without alcohol, whisky (a large choice), rum, calvados, cognac, liqueurs, eaux de vie, teas from Mariage Frères... In the evening, the terrace is the ideal place to admire the sunset over the Corsican mountains.
• The Bistrot
The bistrot dans l'herbe offers a gourmet table in an enchanting setting, facing nature. Chef Romain Masset and his team will surprise you with a beautiful menu of exceptional meats, fish from local fisheries, and always gourmet dishes with the flavours of Corsica. As soon as the first rays of sunshine appear, Bistrot opens its case to be as close as possible to nature, with its feet in the grass. The restaurant disappears to create an open-air gourmet universe overlooking the Corsican mountains. You will appreciate a spacious terrace, in the shade of the palm trees.

SPA
Re-energise yourself in a Corsican household combining exception and tradition. The organic Spa Casanera is in a space totally dedicated to wellness and treatments inspired by the beauty rituals of Corsican women from yesteryear (pouches produced by hand from wild plants). La Signoria presents a wealth of charm between the sea and mountains in the heart of La Balagne, close to Calvi and the Ile Rousse. Located 5 minutes from the hotel, the edge of Calvi’s famous sandy white beach (one of Corsica’s most finest), is the ideal spot for spending unforgettable moments with loved ones, family or friends.
The beach’s restaurants also serves lunch with a simple Mediterranean menu based on quality produce. Deckchairs and towels are available to guests.
Here, breathe in all the wonderful fragrances of the Corsican maquis shrubland. La Signoria is a treasure trove all in itself. Spread over a 3-hectare park, this is where eucalyptuses, orange trees, palms, olive trees and century-old pines all bloom.
