Restaurants & Bars
• Restaurant La Table by La Villa: will prepare magnificent taste sensations for you, where simplicity and sincerity have pride of place and the focus is on local produce. The cuisine is in harmony with the place, and demonstrates the richness and wealth of Corsican gastronomy.
• With a refined and tranquil ambience, Jo's Bar, decorated by Marion Pinelli, will delight all epicures. Works of art are exhibited in perfect harmony with the ambience.
• The hotel's main pool has a convivial music bar which is open from 1st June to 15th September. The chef proposes a menu of light, quick dishes which changes daily. You can enjoy a Niçoise salad, tomatoes with mozzarella, a panini... or even sip a cocktail in the shade of the pine trees.

SPA & Beach
• The hotel has five pools, including an elegant 25-metre swimming pool, flanked by a larger pool. The black stone adds a unique touch to the pool area. A swimming pool for children is also on the site. Surrounded by the Pool Bar, it towers above the Bay of Calvi. There is one pool at the Nouvelle Demeure, with a unique view over the citadel. Another pool is located in front of the villas. Hotel's Spa has its own indoor pool which is pleasantly heated. Finally, all Private Villas have a private pool each.
