Aman Le Mélézin is a luxury ski resort set directly on the Bellecôte piste, perched 1,850 metres above sea level in Courchevel 1850, in the heart of Les Trois Vallées. Ski beneath snow-dusted fir trees and enjoy Courchevel’s convivial après-ski.

During the last two years the hotel undergone multi-phase renovation, which resulted into new rooms and extension of Aman Spa with wellness area, gym and yoga studio. Brand new ski room and kids club are also available for the guests. On the gastronomic front, guided by the vision of master chef Keiji Matoba, the NAMA Restaurant features traditional Japanese "Washoku" cuisine.

Topped by a slate roof and amid a wonderland of groomed pistes, Aman Le Mélézin’s 31 Chambres and Suites are decorated in an Alps-inspired palette.
Combining comfort and style, Aman Le Mélézin’s Chambres and Suites frame picture-postcard views of snowy mountains rearing against the Alpine sky. Cedar-panelled ceilings and walls create a cosy chalet feel while large picture windows draw the eye out to the magnificent scenery – even from the bathtub in many Suites. Most Suites feature balconies and separate living rooms.

Exquisite sushi, sashimi and Wagyu beef are highlights of a menu that follows Japan's Unesco-recognised tradition of washoku, a style of cuisine that elevates cooking to an art form. Under the guidance of master chef Keiji Matoba, every Nama dish is imbued with a strong sense of its locale, focusing on the finest ingredients available nearby.
Recognised by Unesco as a heritage cuisine, the secret to Washoku lies in simplicity. Though the process of washoku is complex, its purpose lies in bringing out the essence of each ingredient, combining the fresher flavours with ancient Japanese craftsmanship.

Opened in December 2017, the brand new Aman Spa at Aman Le Mélézin features five treatment rooms spread across an entire floor of the property.
The new Aman Spa is spread across two floors (including one new floor) and features five treatment rooms, a sauna, a state-of-the–art fitness studio with natural daylight and a unique yoga studio (pre-ski 30’ yoga sessions every morning) complementing the existing 14 m-swimming pool, Jacuzzis and hammam.
