Built in the late 1970s, this authentic Savoyard chalet features typical Savoyard decoration. Through the years it has become a local feature, renowned for its originality and the friendliness of its teams. Thanks to its owner, Mrs. Raymonde Fenestraz, this wooden chalet at the heart of Courchevel has brought fulfillment to skiers of the 3 Valleys area through the years.

Located on the snow front across from the famous Croisette of Courchevel 1850, the Chalet Hôtel de La Loze offers everything you need to enjoy a unique stay at this prestigious destination; all in a casual, friendly atmosphere:
• The rooms and suites were entirely renovated in 2019, but they have maintained the Savoyard tradition, with wood furniture, hand-painted decorations, murals, as well as soft, thick carpets
• An unobstructed view of the ski slopes and snowy mountains from your balcony or terrace
• A wellness area

• A copious afternoon snack to enjoy by the fireplace of the reception room as you gaze at the view over the slopes

The Chalet Hôtel de La Loze offers a delicious breakfast served in the form of a buffet, featuring local products and traditional French pastries. To go with these delights, enjoy a coffee or tea before setting out for a beautiful day of skiing through the 3 Valleys area.

We are delighted to announce the creation of a brand new SPA at the Hôtel de La Loze, an exceptional and unique space thought to awaken the senses and provide a highly needed pause in time.
The nature SPA will open its doors on the reopening of the Hotel, on Friday, December 8th 2023.

In the heart of Courchevel 1850, the SPA at Hôtel de La Loze promises an unrivaled experience of relaxation and well-being. The guests will find a range of holistic treatments, designed to offer them a restorative well-being session.
It offers an innovative experience, combining aesthetic treatments, deep massages, osteopathy, and alternative therapies.
Created around the awakening of the five senses and introducing the notion of a “sixth sense”, this space is designed around the concept of “beauty of imperfection and nature”.
The uniqueness of this treatment space lies in the introduction of alternative therapies and protocols designed with soul in order to connect each guest to their deepest emotions.
Every corner has been designed to evoke travel and external & internal exploration.
The materials chosen honor nature with the creation of a vegetation wall, the use of natural terracotta, pink Himalayan salt, warm tones, as well as borders and niches with rounded shapes.
The atmosphere is embellished with a scent tailor-made for this space, as well as warm and subdued lights. The two treatment rooms are unique, one is inspired by an old chalet room, very cozy and warm, while the other is much more refined and designed in the beauty of simplicity.

The treatment journey includes a walk in nature through an experience tunnel where four sensory showers will evoke the countries where the Maisons Fenestraz are located: Argentina, Brazil, France and Italy.
After this experience, it will be possible to alternate between the sauna, equipped with a wall of pink Himalayan salt, and the hammam, which offers two innovative experiences: the Ayurvedic thread and the enchanting mist.
The snow fountain will complete this experience by creating a thermal shock for the body, a recognized practice that helps reduce stress and improve blood circulation.
A room is specially made for relaxation and contemplation with a large wall of pink salt and a diffusion of salt mist, beneficial for the decongestion of the respiratory tract.
The facilities are at the cutting edge of technology and we work hand in hand with Hydroconcept, a renowned company in the design of high-end wellness spaces, to create a perfectly unique place.
As for the architecture and decoration, Carré Concept supported us on the project by bringing its creative touch.

The Therapies
The SPA de La Loze was born from a collaboration with several professionals of the world of well-being in order to offer an innovative experience that combines aesthetic care, massages, osteopathy and alternative therapies.
• Bodycare - collaboration with Recovery Room:
In terms of body care, the SPA de La Loze is developing a unique treatment protocol in collaboration with Recovery Room, experts in manual therapy. This combines deep massages, osteopathic joint corrections, stretching and mobility and muscular balance exercises.
Body therapies will be complemented by tailor-made massages made with oils designed in the South of France especially for Maison Fenestraz.
• Facial care - collaboration with Dermalogica:
As a Spa is not complete without a range of quality facial products, a collaboration with Dermalogica, an American brand renowned worldwide for its expertise in facial care, is organized.
• Themed days Yoga in Nature:
Thematic days focused on well-being will be offered occasionally during the season in collaboration with Yoga in Nature, Yoga instructors and creators of energy treatments. For amateurs or those who wish to discover the world of alternative therapies, it will be possible to book individual sessions of Gong Bath, Singing Bowls, Reiki and Chakra Balancing.
