Developed in the early 1960s around an old hamlet of alpine chalet, the resort is entirely built in wood and stone in the purest respect of Savoyard tradition. Culminating at 2891m in Mont Valaisan, the altitude of La Rosière varies from 1,850 to 2,800 m.

I.L.Y. hotels - La Rosière offers 47 rooms and 22 spacious suites ranging from 56 to 137 m2 with breathtaking mountain views.
Its intimate spaces are enhanced by natural, bright materials, soothing shades of beige, cane-work, mineral greys combined with light wood and gentle hues, and natural headboards crafted from natural larch. Additionally, most rooms feature long balconies to take in the pure mountain air and wake up as the sun starts to glow.

Specially designed for your tribe, the generously sized Family Suites (starting at 59 m2) include a master bedroom, a bedroom with bunkbeds, and a living room for getting together, which will delight both young and old. Teens will also love the freedom of interconnecting rooms. Groups of friends who enjoy alternating closeness and intimacy will be thrilled by the 84 m2 double suites with two king or twin beds, a sitting room, and a balcony.

RESTAURANT, BAR & TERRACE
The rustic room offers a soothing, Zen-like atmosphere, tempered by light-coloured wood and warmed with thicker fabrics and comfy cushions. Communal tables and tall natural chairs are perfect for chats with old friends and your tribe. The other room, organised around a vast bar with a plush forest green ambiance and vast bay windows overlooking the omnipresent nature, is more festive. Here, celebrations naturally converge around the fireplace and vintage green or bridge armchairs, and velvet benches.

Whether you are looking forward to a tête-à-tête or need a table for ten, both offer a heartening menu perfect for sharing and old-time flavours at any time of the day, around local products that strike a healthy balance between veg, comforting winter casserole or salad dishes: tuck into cold meat and cheese boards from the Savoie and Italy, a fine selection of fish and meats, cheese specialities, alongside rare vegan dishes and a soup menu served all day, whether as a starter, a snack, or a main! Those with a sweet tooth will be tempted by a sublime dessert menu...

The bar and restaurant spill onto a beautiful south-facing sunny terrace, where sun beds and fire pits will draw young and old for lovely moments of dolce far niente!
