Originally a tea-shop opened in 1936, the La Marmotte hotel has been the mainstay of the Mirigay family since 1947.
Located at the foot of the ski slopes in winter, on the very edge of the hiking trails in summer, the Chalet-Hôtel «La Marmotte» and Spa offers everything that its name promises: a comfortable, friendly and warm welcome. Elegant ancient furniture, unusual objects and a welcoming service will make you feel at home. In a natural wood environment, comfortably seated near the fireplace in a large living room with vast bay windows, you will enjoy an unrivalled view over the mountain.
For a relaxing moment after skiing or hiking, for an aperitif of for dinner, the bar and tea room serves wines and hot chocolates, “Les 2 Marmottes” herbal tea or a glass of Champagne. The hotel also offers a wide range of family services and leisure activities: a pool, a Jacuzzi, a spa, game rooms for children small and big, and an Internet area. A garage and a large car park are also available.

The atmosphere typical of a traditional chalet is present in each of the hotel’s 48 rooms: wooden interiors, warm fabrics, multiple eiderdowns, patchworks and large pillows welcome you to a homely, comfortable and cozy stay.
All Standard, Superior and Family rooms are unique and offer modern equipment: bathtub or shower, hairdryer, telephone, TV set, cable or Wi-Fi ADSL Internet connection and mini-safe.

In the evening, the restaurant welcomes you to a cozy and warm setting, with a panoramic view over the ski slopes. Elegant and simple tables invite you to enjoy a leisurely meal with your friends and family, after a long day in the outdoors.

Located outside the main building, the well-being center spans 800 sq. m. and is open to both hotel customers and the public.
For the customers’ comfort, the hotel is connected to the spa via an underground passage, accessible directly from the lift.
Bathrobes and slippers are provided for the stay.
