Supporting talented producers, the best ones are selected in harmony with the seasons: fishes come from local mountain lakes, cuts of meat originate from the famous Metzger butchery, and the cheese platter is carefully made up by the unique Boujon cheesemonger.
On Saturday evenings, over open flames, the cuisine takes on a whole new taste! Once a week, the rotisserie is in the spotlight with flame-roasted beef rib and farm-raised rotisserie chicken or game when in season are accompanied by a traditional Savoyard dishes like the Crozets gratin,..the whole experience is a feast for the eyes and the palate!

L'Alpage des Fermes de Marie has preserved the hardworking spirit of the farmers who used to bring their animals up to the high mountain pastures to graze in times gone by. Refurbished with unpolished, authentic materials, this mountain pasture chalet successfully recreates an authentic atmosphere and a timeless history. The rudimentary decoration has nothing of the superficial or staged about it: the patina acquired over the years bears witness to the fact!
