Restaurant & Bar
Created in 2016 the restaurant "Nube" (which means "cloud" in Spanish) - is a cocoon of soft colours, the perfect setting for Juan Arbelaez' cuisine. This private restaurant, open to flavours from around the world, dares to be different.
Marignan's restaurant combines discretion and unpretentious decoration with the avant-garde cuisine inspired by its head chef, Juan Arbelaez. It is a calm space, which welcomes the colours and tastes of other countries. The harmonious, serene decoration is the perfect setting for the quirky, lyrical creations of its Colombian chef.
Totally renewed the hotel's is called LIMON and offers a menu around the citric fruits: you have it in all ways cooked.
The Limon brasserie have a very “Parisian” terrace.
Events space has been expanded for private dinners, cocktails, tailor-made service for events.
