• Le Bar Botaniste
Honouring the favourite pastime of the palace’s original resident, Prince Roland Bonaparte, Le Bar Botaniste celebrates botany with rare botanical spirits. This nature-inspired bar features plants under cloches in each corner and authentic absinthe fountains.
Le Bar Botaniste offers an extensive menu of exclusive cocktail creations inspired by Roland's expeditions around Europe and Asia as well as a selection of gourmet tapas.
• La Bauhinia
Inspired by the flower of the same name, La Bauhinia recalls the Asian origins of the Shangri-La group and offers a unique atmosphere in the heart of this palace. Above the restaurant, the extraordinary glass "dome", designed by the famous architect Maurice Gras, bathes the restaurant in light. The Executive Chef Christophe Moret and the Pastry Chef Maxence Barbot have prepared a seasonal menu inspired by the regions of France, all in delicacy and lightness.
• Shang Palace
Europe's first Shang Palace opened in Paris in 2011 and the very next year it became the only Chinese restaurant in France to be awarded a Michelin star. Inspired by Southeast China's culinary traditions, the restaurant offers authentic Chinese cuisine by Chef Samuel Lee. The venue includes a main dining room and two private dining rooms; Tang can host until 12 guests and Qing Ming has a capacity of 24 guests maximum.
• Les Lounges
Adorned with century-old woodwork and made up of small sofas and armchairs in the style of "salons particuliers," the Lounges move to the rhythms of a Parisian day. Enjoy french tea with pastries by Pastry Chef Maxence Barbot from 2pm until the aperitif hour approaches at 18:00. Stick around and bear witness to a unique ritual that can be traced back to the Bonaparte family, champagne sabering, daily at 19:00.
