RESTAURANT & BAR
Under the monumental glass roof created by the master glass artist Louis-Charles-Marie Champigneulle, on a frame designed by Gustave Eiffel, the restaurant of the Hotel Vernet is dedicated to the pleasure of the senses. The kitchen is accessible to the eye through a bay window, creating a discreet and uninterrupted movement. The whole is animated by works of contemporary artists, placed here and there on the walls as in the residence of a Parisian collector.

In the plate, only the simplicity and the accuracy of the taste have the right to quote. The dishes prepared by the Chef emphasize the origin and taste qualities of the products selected with the utmost care.

Light and shimmering, the bar of the Hotel Vernet offers an atmosphere, which is intimate, and as light as the sparkle of a champagne glass.the materials are noble, such as the virgin white Carrera marble counter, which with it’s rounded edges seems to be floating.
The ceiling is covered with a fresco, painted by internationally celebrated Jean-Michel Aberola, which seems to be reflecting the dynamics of the carpets designed by the same artist.
The spirit of the place is tangible, surprise and seduces the Parisian and International clientele with the utmost sophistication, whether it be for a drink or a meal.
