Thalasso (Sea Water Spa)
45 treatment cabins, 2 swimming pools with seawater drawn 300 metres off the coast of the Atlantic from Fogeo beach, 3 marine pools (2 with jets and 1 for the aquagym and aquabiking courses) all fitted with the latest technology, contribute to ensure the excellent quality of the sea water spa treatments on offer.

The Ocean SPA situated at the stern of the Thalasso facilities includes a seawater pool heated to 32° that features an aquatic trail with gooseneck showers, bubble loungers, massaging jets… A cosy hammam with gentle curved walls contributes to the ultimate in relaxation.
The Ocean Spa is ideal to come and relax in between two treatments, or read during the day.

Situated on the second floor the Spa Experience is a real haven of peace. Another exciting and multi-sensory stop-over: enjoy the SHOWER EXPERIENCE, either individually or with a friend… the mist, the rain, the waterfalls, freshness or heat, all associated with changing lights and a sound ambiance deigned to offer a fun and relaxing experience. The hammam features a star-studded ceiling that creates a magical environment in which to take care of your body and spirit. A mosaic column masks the ICE FOUNTAIN, guaranteed to offer invigoration and toning up.

The 160 m2 fitness room is situated at the very front of the building on the 4th floor. Facing the ocean it features large bay windows. Open every day from 9:00 to 21:00.
This is also a place where you will feel at one with nature thanks to a breath-taking view over the ocean. The emphasis in not so much on relaxation of course, here you can work out following personalised exercises coached by professional instructors.
This air-conditioned space is equipped with 21 leading-edge equipment dedicated to muscle development, cardio training and soft gym.
A few steps away, under the glass roof that opens up during the summer, you will find a 16 m swimming pool that boasts a superb panoramic view, as well as a large mosaic Jacuzzi. With sunbeds and plush towels, it is the ideal place lounge about or to come and do some invigorating laps in the pool.

Gastronomy

Waiting for you on the fourth and last floor of the hotel are two restaurants, Le Safran (traditional restaurant) and Le BE (gastronomic restaurant) and one Bar Le Goéland which has panoramic ocean views, where a team of professionals will welcome you and listen to your every need and wish.

Situated on the fourth floor the bar Le Goéland offers a view over the open sea is simply breath-taking. Its cosy atmosphere makes it the perfect place to come and spend time with your friends whilst enjoying cocktail creations, or perhaps a non-alcoholic drink. On the more windy days, why not indulge in tasting a creamy hot chocolate or one of the rare coffees.
