Iconic Villa directly connected to the gardens of the Resort and which used to be the Summer house of celebrities such as Elizabeth Taylor.
What makes this villa special? Located at the very tip of Saint-Jean Cap-Ferrat, Villa Rose Pierre was one of the very first villas built on the peninsula in the early 20th century, along with its sisters Villa Beauchamp, Villa Clair Soleil and of course the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat.

The five-bedroom Villa Beauchamp exudes a distinctly southern feel, with elegant finishes and neutral palettes marrying with greens and blues to echo the colours of the sea and the surrounding vegetation.
What makes the villa special? Located at the very tip of Saint-Jean Cap-Ferrat, Villa Rose Pierre was one of the very first villas built on the peninsula in the early 20th century, along with its sisters Villa Beauchamp, Villa Clair Soleil and of course the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat.
In the villa, there are many references to the South of France, most notably in the master bedroom, which has a magnificent bathroom mosaic floor with design patterns inspired by the work of Jean Cocteau called “Les Amoureux”.

An intimate two-bedroom villa offering a peaceful, quiet location enjoying wonderful sea views.
What makes this villa special? Located at the very tip of Saint-Jean Cap-Ferrat, Villa Rose Pierre was one of the very first villas built on the peninsula in the early 20th century, along with its sisters Villa Beauchamp, Villa Clair Soleil and of course the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat.
It represents the perfect intimate family house full of the Provençal Charm of the region. Authenticity and History were crucial in the renovations. As a result, the villa kept its original frieze that has been renovated.
