The restaurant leads onto a landscaped patio and welcomes you for dinner. Lunch is served at "Les Toits Lounge" on the 4th floor of the hotel to enjoy an amazing panoramic view between sea, sky and mountains.

A unique decor : pictures of Brigitte Bardot, ebony resin sculptures rise up from the grey marble floor, signed Laurence Bonnel.
The ceiling is adorned with a thousand white plaster roses, resembling an indented fabric and, high above, the spectacular chandelier made of metal scales resembling a shoal of fish...but most of all, the clear bottom pool suspended over 15 meters from the floor.
