Nestled at 1326m altitude, in the heart of the mountains of the Southern Alps, Briançon / Serre Chevalier enjoys an exceptional climate with sunshine 300 days per year.
Under the name Serre Chevalier 1200, Briançon is in winter a ski resort thanks to the Prorel cable car (located 300m from the hotel) which connects it to the ski area of Serre-Chevalier, one of the largest ski areas of Europe with its 250km of tracks.
In the summer, Briançon offers holidaymakers a whole range of sports and mountain activities in preserved nature. Rich in an exceptional architectural heritage, Briançon is classified "City of Art and History". Briançon is also part of the grouping of fortified sites by Vauban and a UN's World Heritage Site.

YOUR ACCOMMODATION
The Parc Hotel Residence is located in the heart of Briançon, close to all shops and close to the Prorel Gondola, which gives you access to the formidable ski area of Serre Chevalier.
At your disposal 69 rooms, all comfort, equipped with a large bed or 2 single beds; most with a bed chair for a child up to 14 years old; Quads have a mountain corner with 2 bunk beds. All of the rooms have an en suite bathroom with bathtub, separate WC, hairdryer, telephone, SAT TV; Courtesy tray with espresso machine; safe; a WIFI connection to browse the web and check your emails or, for a fee, a WIFI PREMIUM connection at higher speed.
The double / twin rooms have an area of 19m2 and quads 23m2. The "Superior" rooms have a better view.
The Park Hotel Residence also has 2 "Junior Suite" composed of 2 communicating rooms with a common entrance and bathroom; a room of 12m2 with a large bed, TV SAT, mini bar, espresso machine and access to a terrace of 4m2 and a 2nd room of 10m2 with 2 single beds.
