Every evening a magical experience is created in the Taos restaurant: wood, lighting effects, fabrics and colours all go to create the elegant interior, highlighting the beauty of the materials. In this cosy and intimate setting you can enjoy great food. Dishes are made from fresh produce which are subtly combined to create carefully prepared, traditional French cuisine, inspired by ancestral alpine recipes.
