The Hotel Bellevue Suites & SPA in Cortina d’Ampezzo is a historic hotel situated in the heart of the Queen of the Dolomites close to the pedestrian area of Corso Italia. This important 4 star hotel has 20 rooms and 46 Suite Apartments, all decorated in the typical Cortina d’Ampezzo style and finished with warm period parquet flooring and precious panelling. The hotel provides all sorts of comforts, including a Spa and a new Fitness room equipped with avant-garde Technogym machines. Mixing perfectly simple but flavoured ingredients, the Restaurant offers a traditional Venetian cuisine, in perfect harmony with the style of the Bellevue Suites & SPA. The hotel also provides a Event room, with colorful sofas, suspended lampshades and mirrors on walls.
Absorbed by the natural scenery of the Dolomites, the Hotel offers a spectacular view of the Tofane, Monte Cristallo, Croda da Lago, Faloria immersed at sunset and sunrise in the phenomenal experience – unique in the world – of Enrosadir, whose peaks are covered by the incredible shades of the sky also thanks to its rock composition.

The rooms are decorated in the typical Cortina d’Ampezzo style with warm period parquet flooring, precious wood panelling, soft lighting and balconies which open onto the spectacular mountain views of the Dolomites. The rooms are entirely paneled in fir or mountain ash with engraved frames and capitals. The paneled ceilings are finished with a central carved rose motif (el cànpo). The motifs and the decorative elements of the upholstery are inspired by the hand painted floral designs of the furniture.

Stella Polare Restaurant and Bellevue Restaurant propose a traditional cuisine re-interpreted with great imagination by the Chef. Dishes range from Treviso red lettuce, Lamon beans, Venetian artichokes with Marano corn used for polenta, as well as the most famous cheeses such as Asiago, Montasio and Grana Padano. Numerous products have characterized cult dishes such as marinated anchovies, risotto with beans, Venetian liver, creamed codfish, lamb panada and fritolin.
The Bar is situated in the lobby area inside the hall of the Restaurant and is open from 10.30 a.m. to midnight.
The Terrace of the Hotel Bellevue Suites & SPA is an oasis immersed in a green environment with a breathtaking view, where it is possible to enjoy an aperitif and delight the palate with delicacies of the Chef.
