Augustus Hotel & Resort is a 5 stars hotel in Forte dei Marmi and it holds in its wide park two main structures; the Main House and La Nave (The Ship) complex, plus seven private villas.
The exclusive garden of this luxury hotel is a large park of naturalistic and botanic value, and it presents a varied and colourful flowering display throughout Spring and Summer: jasmine, rose, lavander, rosemary and hydrangea and gardenia under the shade of umbrella-pine tree.

VILLA PESENTI
The central building of the Resort, the former Villa Pesenti, retains the classic Modernist style and elegance of the original project, reflected in the use of red travertine marble, in the reception areas and in the recently renovated light filled hall.
Many of the 24 guest rooms have a large terraces,facing the garden, permitting our guests to relax and enjoy tranquillity of the park . All of the bathrooms have been recently renovated with travertine marble.
The main building includes a lounge bar and “La Sirena e la Fontana” restaurant, with breakfast terrace.

LA NAVE
We welcome you on board La Nave (The Ship)! Built in the sixties in the centre of the Resort's park, this later addition provides the guests with every comfort.
With its naval inspired forniture, La Nave is characterized by its undulating balconies offering unexpected glimpses of the marble peaks of the Apuan Alps, and with long terraced corridors, evoking the bridge of a cruise ship.

Renewed in 2020, the family rooms and the deluxe rooms offer to the guests two bathrooms, large bright spaces, neutral and relaxing colors, stylized sea waves in the wallpapers and navy furnishings in continuity with the original design of the building.
Thanks to home automation technology, the opening of curtains and lighting enhances the wide spaces, and right from the entrance invites the guests to enjoy the large terraces, as open-air lounges.
On the ground floor, close to the garden, you will the Day Spa and the gym.

7 GARDEN VILLAS
The seven villas set in the park of the Augustus Hotel & Resort guarantee privacy and the comfort of a private residence with all the services of a five star hotel. They provide our guests with the unique opportunity to live in a truly Forte dei Marmi style.
All apartments are equipped with private gardens or terraces, living room, kitchenette, and each room has a private bathroom.
Villas can be rented whit all the hotel services in a weekly basis, including daily cleaning and breakfast.
