An outdoor Infinity pool merges with the horizon. The hotel also features an additional pool with both indoor and outdoor areas and the "Source Roccolino" whirlpool, that stretch into the gardens overlooking the lake. The water area is completed by an indoor thalassotherapy pool "La Luna nel Lago" and the new Adults Only SPA whirlpool for deep relaxation. The Lefay SPA offers seven different types of saunas and six relaxation areas to remove the stresses of everyday life.

A design integrated into the local landscape and inspired by lemon groves, traditional local buildings used for the cultivation of lemons, characterised by original stone and wood pillars. The building fits into the morphology of the landscape with minimal visual impact. The interiors use natural materials from the local area.

A technological centre produces electricity, heating and cooling through clean, renewable sources such as biomass, cogeneration and solar panels, for a reduction in CO2 emissions of 1.130t year. The rainwater harvesting and the management of the laundry room are orientated towards maximum water savings.
