Over the last few years many modernisation works have taken place, which have contributed to Palace Hotel Merano becoming an internationally recognised state-of-the-art facility. The new Revital Floor has been completely renovated, to create a dedicated space of approximately 1500 m² with 32 cabins, giving guests access to experienced medical team. Enhancing quality of life and promoting longevity to regain psycho-physical well-being are the main objectives of the Revital department at Palace Hotel Merano.

Ttwo brand-new suites, situated in the Castle Rooftop, were fully renovated in 2020. Contemporary furniture has been installed and a modern elevator has been added that connects the suites directly to the SPA, allowing guests to easily reach the cabins in privacy. All these refurbishments, as well as new methods to achieve optimal longevity and research at Lyopharm laboratory in Bolzano, have led to the creation of a facility of excellence to detoxify, regenerate and take care of your natural well-being. This result was confirmed in 2019 by the Swiss magazine, “Bilanz” which named Palace Hotel Merano as “World’s Best Health Retreat”.

At the hotel you’ll find out how effective treatment programmes are - such as the detox programme, detox revital & sport package, the SPA wellness programme and the indoor & outdoor activity programme. These have all been designed to get the body back to its maximum level of mental and physical wellbeing, using exclusive toxin-elimination methods, as well as techniques to reactivate energy channels and natural functions, tailored to each guest’s individual needs.

The menu offered was designed to induce deep tissue cleansing, and is based on natural, vegetable based, hypoallergenic foods that re-balance the body's functions. Alongside this menu, there is the bio-light menu, offering healthy and light food prepared using methods that preserve their nutritional properties and served in "wellbeing portions."

The outdoor swimming pool is operational and heated from 1st May to 31st October. The indoor swimming pool is operational and heated throughout the year.
