For 50 years, Riva degli Etruschi Resort in San Vincenzo has been standing for entertainment, nature and sports.
The resort has independent cottages of different sizes, some of them with bedroom and bathroom, others actually are apartments. Guests can therefore choose among hotel rooms and apartments (villas or residence).
For years the aim of resort was to guarantee to guests tranquility and privacy in their lodgings, inside of a unique natural surroundings, the Mediterranean Maquis, without forgoing the services typical for a resort. Restaurants, pizzeria, fast food, bar, kids’ club, sporting facilities, sports tournaments, aquatic games, evening entertainment; just to name a few ones to choose from!

Hotel offers 87 rooms, equipped with air conditioning, in small cottages scattered throughout the Park, all with independent entrance, terrace with table and chairs. The furniture is functional, modern, in a wooden natural clear colour. The Dune rooms of the Hotel are just a short walk from the equipped and reserved beach (no more than 30 meters from the sea of Tuscan coast).

The Resort on the sea is made up with 252 villas-bungalows, among which you can choose. Their dimensions range from 33 to 75 sqm and they can accommodate up to 6 guests. The mini villas have 4 different sizes: Small, Medium, Large and Extra Large. They have independent entrances and are equipped with kitchen, bathroom with shower, two bedrooms, living room, ventilation, telephone, satelite TV, safe, furnished terrace or balcony. Almost all of them are euqipped with a sofa bed for 2 persons in the living room. Each unit has a numbered parking area, beach facilities are reserved and numbered. They are located within the park from 50 up to 200 mt from the sea.

Residences are apartments of approx. 80 sqm recently built are surrounded by green pines and oaks and have direct access to the sea by a subway. They are located just a few metres from the swimming pools and Wellness Centre. The wide open spaces of each apartment are divided into a large kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms with shower, living room with sofa bed, 2 furnished terraces, one of which is equipped with table and chairs, telephone, satellite tv, hairdryer, air-conditioning-ventilation, heating and safe.

6 bars, 3 restaurants, pizzeria, Self Service, Burger King and the exclusive Club Mariva are at Riva degli Etruschi's guests disposal.
