38 rooms and suites, the silk textile on the walls is offered in 5 diverse tones, the furnishings in each of rooms have all been hand crafted where the colors resemble the tones of wine. Bathing rooms offer both bathtub and shower and Suites offer whirlpool baths, sinks all in crystal.
On the horizon of every room is a view of the large fields of interwoven vineyards. On every hilltop, the bell towers dominate alongside the prevailing Medieval Castle.

The La Rei Restaurant (1 Michelin Star) - a gourmet attraction not only for guests of the hotel but also for those who travel or live in the area - reflects a passion and attention to detail. Ten tables dedicated to haute cuisine, with a young and dynamic brigade and tasting menu designed by Chef Fabrizio Tesse based on his vision of the Terre di Langa. "The flavors and dishes that have made the tradition of this area of Piedmont are the focus of interest. Classic preparations, interpreted for an audience attentive to flavors but also to new trends and cooking techniques" anticipates Tesse. Le Vie del Sale, from Liguria to France, from Spain to Italy, is a point of reference for the chef. In addition to the salt water, fresh water finds its place in the kitchen of Fabrizio Tesse: lake and river fish from Piedmont are rediscovered in the menus of La Rei with the right territorial interpretations. Next to the main room, a private room that can accommodate ten to twenty people, where you can organize your event for lunch or dinner.

The Sovrana SPA is a space dedicated to caring for the body and mind. On the upper floor of the ample wellness area, the Water room is equipped with a heated pool and a whirlpool bath, while the fitness area is equipped with Technogym equipment, perfect for a quick remise en forme.
The windows facing onto the beautiful hilly landscape offer a uniquely emotive experience to enjoy from a hot bath or while training in the gym with spectacular views to the vineyards. In summer, an ingenious system allows the windows to retract into the floor giving guests direct access to enjoy the natural outdoors and summer breeze.
On the lower floor guests can let themselves be pampered in one of the three massage and treatment suites or take the wellness course with Finnish sauna, aromatherapy Turkish bath, frigidarium and both emotional and recreational showers.
