In an estate of more than 1000 hectares and only 15 minutes far away from Siena, the resort is composed from two medieval hamlets, Borgo Bagnaia and Borgo Filetta, for a total of 101 rooms, luxurious gardens, a typical Tuscany restaurant, wellness center “Buddha Spa by Clarins, an 18 golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones Jr., a congress center and a banqueting hall.

Borgo Bagnaia is one of the two villages that are part of the Resort complex and has 72 rooms and suites located in different buildings, preserving the ancient medieval structure, including the beautiful church of the twelfth century. Inside the Borgo enjoy a stroll through the gardens, the outdoor swimming pool with views of the Sienese hills and the Borgo, the Pool Bar for a light lunch or a drink by the pool, the La Voliera Restaurant for an authentic Tuscan dinner and the Unfailing Terrace on the World for an unforgettable and unique sunset.

A free shuttle on request is always available to accompany guests to the golf course, to the Buddha Spa by Clarins or to the Borgo Filetta.

Try one of the spacious Classic, Superior, Deluxe rooms or opt for Junior Suites or Family Suites with double, twin or queen beds. The 60 rooms and 12 suites located in Borgo Bagnaia offer breathtaking views of the Tuscan countryside ranging from 20 to 78 square meters. All are characterized by traditional Tuscan furnishings with warm ocher and ruby nuances and enriched by precious materials and fabrics, wooden ornaments and sought after pieces of eclectic style furniture, modern amenities and free Wi-Fi throughout the Resort.

Borgo Filetta is the second village that is part of the Resort and was once an ancient horse post office, around the year 1,000. It offers 29 rooms in an intimate and rural atmosphere surrounded by the green Tuscan hills. Borgo Filetta is located 1.2 km from Borgo Bagnaia and very close to the Buddha Spa by Clarins. On site there is a bar and small restaurant “Antica Posta Filetta” serving quick dishes, cold cuts, sandwiches and some Tuscan specialties accompanied by excellent local wines. All the Classic and Superior rooms have an original Tuscan touch and a characteristic equestrian style, with leather accents, reminiscent of the old horse station that made the place famous among travelers in the Middle Ages. Buddha SPA By Clarins - oasis of well-being dedicated to those who want to live a regenerating experience among the green Tuscan hills.
The location has been known since the thirteenth century as the spring of Santa Caterina and was frequented by Popes, cardinals and aristocrats attracted by the prodigious properties of its thermal waters.
Combining the healing effects with those dedicated to the conquest of harmony and tranquility of the senses, these two souls now live in a modern wellness center, finely renovated in the name of comfort.
Outside, surrounded by silence, there is the large swimming pool dominated by the spectacular 4-meter waterfall, among the set stones that generate natural jets.
The water registers a temperature at the source of 28.5°C and its therapeutic properties are particularly indicated for treating rheumatologic diseases, treatment of the musculoskeletal system, the vascular and cutaneous apparatus. Wellbeing thus becomes a total experience for the five senses.

Royal Golf La Bagnaia designed by the famous architect Robert Trent Jones Jr on an area of 130 hectares of land, the 18-hole course is perfectly harmonized with the gentle hills of Siena.
The route is enriched by beautiful lakes and a majestic Club House with inside the Golfer’s Restaurant, where you can enjoy a unique view on all 18 holes and the Pro Shop has a selection of the best world brands of golfing items.
