Syracuse’s new restaurant coordinated by a young chefs interpreter of a typically regional menu in a gourmet style made with local produce. A design that harks back to the style of the '60s, it has a fully exposed cooking station, featuring walls in black and white diamond tiles and black vinyl flooring. Connected to the restaurant there is a new multi-function lounge, also inspired by the '60s, with a DJ station with vinyl only.

The club carefully blends Eastern and Western traditions, technology, elegance, and creativity to the rhythm of music played by vinyl discs. The open-faced kitchen allows the chefs to interact with guests while cooking tantalizing dishes.

Former bomb shelter expertly dug into the sandstone rock turned into a hammam served by emotional showers created in a cave cove with differentiated water temperatures. The Salt Grotto with the largest graduation tower built as part of a SPA, the Kneipp path of 22 meters with sodium bicarbonate parking pool, the small Thalasso pool with powerful plantar and lombard jets kept at a temperature of 32° C and the comfortable Finnish Sauna. The SPA and all its services were renovated in 2021.
