Hotel Santa Chiara, now completely renovated, overlooks the Gran Canal, it's the only hotel in Venice you can reach by car and the only on with a private parking lot! Hotel Santa Chiara is the only hotel in Venice historical center with the private parking (on reservation only, fees applied, limitations and rules related to the technical characteristics of the car park). The parking is underground, the limitations regard the access to the parking, the dimension of the car, the parking times of the cars.

The menu of continental breakfast is a sweet menu which includes coffee, cappuccino, thea, milk, chocolate, fruit juice; brioches, cookies, bread, rusks, butter and jam; yogurt, cereals and fruit salad.
The full breakfast is a rich sweet and salty breakfast which include coffee (espresso, cappuccino, americano), thea, milk, chocolate, fruit juice; selection of brioches (empty, jam, wholemal), muffin, treats and cookies, cakes of the day. You may choose white toast, both white and wholemeal baguettes, rusks, to combine with your favorite jam (or honey). You will have have a variety of yogurt (natural, dietetic, fruit), cereals, granola, fruit salad and seasonal fruit, peaches and plums in syrup.
To start in the best way the days you may choose the eggs cooked in different ways, bacon and cured meats of different kinds, like ham, turkey, salami. Following your preference you can choose between fried egg, scrambled, hard-boiled eggs; all this, accompanied by excellent crunchy bacon. You can favor of homelette with vegetables, cheese and ham. Taste the toasted sandwich with different kind of cheese, ham or turkey and slices of fresh tomatoes and cucumbers. If you prefer you can have a plate of cured meats, vegetables and cheese like brie or emmental.

At the sister Hotel Locanda Vivaldi 4*S there is a unique and exclusive rooftop terrace with the restaurant "Prete Rosso" which is reserved to the guests of three properties: Hotel Locanda Vivaldi 4*S, Palazzo Stern 4*S and Santa Chiara Hotel 4*S.
The view from the terrace is magnificent. Ranging from the columns of St. Mark's Square to the Dogana, from the Giudecca island with the nearby island of San Giorgio to the Lido of Venice.
