The Romantik Hotel Castello Seeschloss is situated directly on the beautiful Piazza of Ascona, by the Lago Maggiore.

The hotel consists of three separate buildings grouped around the peaceful mediterranean garden with a heated open-air pool.

The 45 individually furnished, comfortable rooms are divided into three room categories:
- Standard Rooms (18sqm to 23 sqm);
- Superior and Castle Rooms (25 sqm to 28 sqm);
- Medieval Tower and Juniorsuite in the Tower by the Pool (28 sqm to 44 sqm).
Most of the rooms have a balcony or a terrace.

A copious breakfast-buffet is served every morning from 7:30 AM until 11:00 AM in the "Sala Castello" or, weather permitting, on the breakfast-terrace to the garden.
Depending on the weather Castello Seeschloss offers delicious à la carte dishes in the Ristorante "de Ghriglioni", on the Palm Terrace with lake view or in the Ristorante "al Lago" by the Lake. The cuisine is mainly "mediterranean" and based on seasonal and fresh products.
