SEMINARS, CONFERENCES, APARTMENT RESERVATIONSIn the event of a reduction in the number of participants by more than 10% compared with the number agreed in the reservation confirmation:
• Up to 30 days prior to the event - 0%
• 29-10 days - 50% of the agreed services
• 9-0 days -100%
At least 3 days prior to the date of the event, the Swiss Luxury Apartments must be informed of the final, binding number of participants, which will form the basis for billing.
In the event of a reduction in the number of participants by more than 5% compared with the binding number announced:
• 100% of the agreed services for each participant who fails to attend.
Cancelled seminars and room reservations involving more than 5 rooms are subject to the following cancellation charges:
• 90-60 days prior to the agreed date - 30% of the services reserved
• 59-30 days - 60%
• 29-8 days - 90%
• 7-0 days - 100%
