The Schloss Hotel’s two large restaurants have a spectacular view over the imposing peaks of the Bernina range. One restaurant offers a buffet service, with an extensive selection of dishes, from hot first courses to second courses inspired by traditional Engadine cooking and the best international cuisine, vegetables, fruit and plenty of desserts.
In accordance with JSH’s food philosophy, all the cooking is based on the freshest seasonal raw materials, processed knowledgeably by the chefs to enhance their properties and flavour.
