Weekly specials include calf's liver Venetian-style on Tuesdays, the traditional Italian dish Bollito Misto on Thursdays, and Fondue Chinoise and Cheese Fondue à discretion on Sunday evening.

A 10-minute walk from the Kulm Hotel, the Bob Restaurant is located in the Starthaus, the starting gate building of the Olympic Bob Runs St. Moritz-Celerina, on the grounds of the hotel.
