Situated at the entrance to the Kulm Park, this restaurant with its large sun terrace blends sporty elegance with rustic charm. Select from the array of Swiss delicacies and international dishes served for lunch and dinner or from the variety of snacks and cakes offered with coffee during the day. Weekly specials include calf's liver Venetian-style on Tuesdays, the traditional Italian dish Bollito Misto on Thursdays, and Fondue Chinoise and Cheese Fondue à discretion on Sunday evening.
• BOB RESTAURANT
A 10-minute walk from the Kulm Hotel, the Bob Restaurant is located in the Starthaus, the starting gate building of the Olympic Bob Runs St. Moritz-Celerina, on the grounds of the hotel. In winter, enjoy light and rustic dishes for lunch on the terrace in a sporty atmosphere with a direct view of the bob run's start.

"The K" is home to the multi-faceted, perfectly balanced and always unexpected cuisine of the Argentine culinary grandmaster Mauro Colagreco, renowned thanks to his 3-star restaurant Mirazur in Menton on the Côte d'Azur. Its St. Moritz branch at the Kulm Hotel currently holds a Michelin star and 17 GaultMillau points.
Colagreco’s philosophy is all about freshness, simplicity, balance of colour and bringing out authentic flavours. One of his star ingredients is lemon, which makes anchovy fillets set on fried anchovy skeletons pop and sing, while “Luxus beta vulgaris” is a signature dish that combines the everyday (salt encrusted beetroot) with the ultimate luxury (Oscietre caviar cream).

Unique, delicious with just a dash of cheeky - the Peruvian Chef Claudia Canessa delights with her culinary creations in the Sunny Bar. The Peruvian cuisine is known for being a melting pot of different cultures; traditional Inka recipes are combined with Spanish influences and even Asian touches.
