• "LE LAPIN BLEU".
Le Lapin Bleu is a true neighborhood staple. Opened in 1869, it is the first and oldest restaurant in St. Moritz. Guests and locals meet for a coffee or an aperitif at the communal table, a meal in between, for lunch or dinner. The cuisine is fresh, diverse and uses homemade products to create a typical Swiss and Italian experience. Famous for the Chateaubriand, Venison Saddle „Baden-Baden“, homemade Pastas, Meat Tartare, as well as cheese Fondue, Fondue Chinoise or Bourguignonne.
• "LE MANDARIN".
The only Chinese restaurant in St. Moritz is located on the first floor of the Steffani with views over the village happenings. Chef Lu Kwok Ching from Hong Kong cooks traditional Cantonese specialties and focuses on light, fresh and traditional dishes, such as Dim Sums, Beef Szechuan as well as the famous Peking duck. The dishes are served family style to ensure that every guest gets a taste of everything.
