This 1,000m2 mountain residence comprises two buildings, The North Wing chalet and The South Wing chalet, with a large central terrace and substantial spa area. This estate commands an enviable location which is ski in ski out with direct access to and from Piste Rouge. The property is approximately 200 metres above the sun terrace of Le Rouge Bar & Restaurant where the piste nishes. The centre of Verbier is a 5-10 minute walk.

Chalet Spa Mountain Estate comprises a North Wing Chalet and a South Wing Chalet, with a large luxurious SPA between them.
The North Wing Chalet & Spa (Chalet Spa Piste Rouge) can be rented all year round. The North Wing can be rented on a 4 bedroom basis (sleeping up to 10) or with a total complement of 6 bedrooms (sleeping up to 12 guests), in which case we include the 2 single bedrooms comprised in connected studio apartment.
The Chalet Spa Mountain Estate can be rented as a whole in Summer only, in which case this adds an extra 2 large double bedrooms en suite (which sleep an extra 4 guests) and a range of extra facilities. In this case, the total possible complement is 15-16 guests.
In Summer it is possible to drive across the meadows to park beside the property. In winter, the property is ski in ski out and the final approach is on foot or on a toboggan across Piste Rouge.

The North Wing chalet and South Wing chalet each offer a spacious lounge with log fire and beautiful views. The estate combines contemporary design with mountain architecture and plenty of charm. The North Wing chalet (sleeping up to 10), the terrace and central Spa can be rented independently of the South Wing or the estate can be rented as a whole (to host up to 15 guests).
The Verbier Mountain Estate has views in the direction of the Mont Blanc massif as well as over the more immediate Le Rouge ski piste. The property has large terraces. On the upper terracing sits a massive outdoor barbecue and original Italian pizza oven. On the lower private terrace, in front of the spa sits the jacuzzi.
In winter, the garden and piste alongside provides fantastic “private” tobogganing runs at night by torchlight once the last skiers have left the mountain.
In summer, the residence becomes one of the most beautiful locations in Verbier, as the ski piste on which it is located changes into a meadow of green grasses and wild owers, with a feeling of wide open space and a wonderful play area for children.

Possibility to add a studio apartment with 5th bedroom, which is attached to the chalet and accessed from the centre of the North Wing. This area makes the property very adaptable with bedroom, bathroom, and second living area.
