• "La Cordée"
The result of a mixture of influences from cuisines from around the world, Romain Maillot brings his innovative culinary skills to Verbier. With his Reunion Island origins, he casts his curious gaze on nature and the produce that surround him in order to create dishes that are often surprising, always elegant and imbued with excellence.
The décor: inspired by the past, influenced by the present and looking to the future. The atmosphere in the hotel's restaurant is a modern interpretation of a traditional alpine chalet.
In the elegant décor of a revamped Alpine chalet, chef Romain Maillot works with exceptional products. Lobster and duck confit in pastry, scallops in truffle oil, but also fish from local fisheries, vegetarian recipes and gourmet desserts... The recipes inspired from elsewhere are surprising and tasty.
