CERVO Mountain Resort is a timber-framed sanctuary nestled on the slopes above Zermatt, Switzerland’s most iconic alpine resort. Guests can ski right up to the entrance where, with the majestic Matterhorn looming large on the horizon, they’re greeted by a small, almost private doorway that just oozes exclusivity. Local materials like felt, loden and stone converge with vintage curios in the main building, a converted 1950s chalet that still has its original wooden floor.

In 2020 the whole resort has been renovated and gained new additions including a spectacular Mountain Ashram Spa with an japanese onsen with view to the Matterhorn.

Fresh air for traditional Valais cuisine. At Ferdinand, only Swiss products are used – most of them even from the Valais itself. If you like cheese you will love the fondue and raclette. And the many delicious Valais specialties never fail to surprise. The contemporary interior of the chalet shows the modern side of the Zermatt mountain aesthetics. Delight throughout.
