The Hotel Mirabeau is tranquilly situated, only a few minutes’ walk from the Zermatt main railway station, and the famous Gornergrat station. A traditional family resort, it is owned by the second and managed by the third generation of the Julen family. Le Mirabeau is famous for “l’art de vivre” or the “fine way of life”; with its extensive gastronomic offering featuring several restaurants and bars; and the superb wellness facilities, complemented by magnificent views of the Matterhorn.

ROOMS & SUITES
Spread over two interconnected buildings, Le Mirabeau offers 30 double, and 5 single rooms as well as 36 suites and junior suites. Families can enjoy some privacy thanks to interconnecting rooms or in the generous Family Suite with Matterhorn view on the top floor. Since the last renovation in 2018, all of the rooms feature elegant wooden parquet flooring. From the balconies, stunning mountain views can be enjoyed, and many of the rooms and suites offer stunning views of the Matterhorn. All of the accommodation options comprise luxury amenities such as tea & coffee makers, minibars, flat screen televisions, fluffy bathrobes and slippers, hair dryers, and exclusive Pure Altitude toiletries.

RESTAURANTS & BARS
• L'EPICURE
After an extensive renovation phase, L'Epicure will officially open its doors to hotel guests and external guests on December 17, 2022. This modern, yet elegant and sophisticated restaurant is only open in the evenings and focuses on French cuisine with an alpine touch. Chef Géraldine Géroué stays true to her roots, serving up a hearty "Cuisine Gourmande" with decadent dishes. Enjoy the chic Parisian ambience with friends and family, accompanied by a personally selected bottle of wine from the in-house sommelier Denis Möhring.

• VERANDA
At the Restaurant Veranda, located in the spacious winter garden in the heart of the hotel, you will be served with a daily lavish breakfast buffet in the morning, as well as with daily Tasting Menu in the evening. Let its Executive Chef Alain Kuster, awarded 14 points in the Gault-Millau guide, and his brigade take you on an alpine culinary journey with fresh regional produce while mesmerizing on the magnificent views of the Matterhorn.

• LE BAR
Beeing open the whole day, the bar offers a multitude of ambiances… In the afternoons, you can enjoy home-made cakes from pastry chef, accompanied for example by a hot chocolate or a freshly brewed pot of Ronnefeld tea specialty. For apéro - delicatessen from Marie’s Deli, and in the late evening, there is no better way to round off the day, than by relaxing comfortably in front of the crackling fireplace with a mixology cocktail or glass of wine.

• MARIE'S DELI
Marie's Deli offers homemade delicatessen to enjoy on spot or take-away, as well as caterings and deliveries on demand. The menu varies between local specialties and comfort food such as "homemade bone broth with bone marrow dumplings", and French delicacies such as "Foie Gras" and fresh Oysters and Caviar (in high season).
Cuisine: soul food and delicatessen, French inspired, regional specialties.
Dress code: none, come as you are except Gala Dinner on 31st December; dress code festive.

SPA

The Spa is a quiet zone and is accessible for adults and teenagers as of 14 years only. It is a mixed zone, where guests can enjoy the saunas and steam baths either with their swimming attire or without, by using the provided towels.

There will be 16 units: some beautiful Junior Suites and Family Junior Suites, a large 2-4 bedroom duplex luxury apartment with Matterhorn view, and an accessible room as well as a new gym (to be used by all Mirabeau guests).
