1. GT CARS PACKAGES (Ferrari and Lamborghini):

(Please note that timetable is provisional; exact arrival time and details, as well as documents to be signed before the driving experience, will be sent to the participants around 7/8 days before the event)

• 08.15 AM - Welcome, registration and staff introduction
• 08.30 AM - Technical briefing
• 09.00 AM - Installation lap on a mini-van driven by instructor in order to see the racetrack before driving
• 09.00 AM - Getting ready in the car with an instructor next to you, who will give you pieces of advice on when to brake, gears to use etc in order to drive in the best and safe way at the maximum speed
• 11.30 AM - End of the driving experience, driving certificate and celebration with a glass of Prosecco

The GT experience lasts about 3 hours including the time for registration and driving certificates. It depends on the program chosen too. It could be morning or afternoon session as well.

Extra services you can add to your order (rates on request):

• Video camera car on board
• Rain insurance
• Guest (includes entrance at the race track, chance to stay in the garage and pit lane to watch the sessions, open bar service with snacks and soft drinks/coffee when avaialble)

Activity restriction:

• Mimimum age: 18 years old
• Type B driving license (to drive road cars)
• Maximum height: 190 cm
• Maximum weight: 100 kg

Please note that instructors speak Italian and English, so participants need to understand one of those 2 languages in order to drive cars. If needed, we can provide an additional translations service (for the briefing only not in the car), but this has to be communicated in advance when booking the event. Price TBD.

2. FORMULA CARS PACKAGES (F3 and Formula 1):

• 08.00 AM - Welcome with the staff and assignation of the technical equipment for the experience (race-suit, shoes, gloves, balaclava, helmet)
• 08.30 AM - Technical briefing
• 09.30 AM - First approach to the racetrack thanks to an installation lap on a mini van driven by instructor
• 10.45 AM - First driving session with Formula
• 11.45 AM - Debriefing with instructor and correction of eventual mistakes
• 12.15 AM - Light lunch at the racetrack
• 14.15 AM Second driving sessions with Formula
• 17.30 AM - Final debriefing and celebration with a glass of Prosecco and driving certificates

Rates

Booking conditions:
• For booking 2-3 pax: Change of the date is possible maximum till 10 days before the event. Late change of the date results in 100% penalty.
• For booking 2-3 pax: Cancellation later than 10 days after booking confirmation - 100% penalty
• Group request or exclusive booking fo racetrack - on request.
• Full prepayment is required on confirmation.
