The chef, Christophe Chaise, proposes a well-balance cooking, full of flavors, made only with high quality and absolute fresh products. A well-beeing menu "Bien être" is also suggested to you. Let us surprise you with a different menu "du marché" every day or by a large choice of seasonal proposals, which you will find on the menu card. You can associate your meals with a wine from our large selection.
For patients wishing to take a meal in their room, a choice identical to that of the restaurant is offered. According to medical recommendations, a dietician is available for patients with special dietary requirements.
