Vincenzino SIANI

With degrees in Medicine and Surgery, and Natural Sciences, Vincenzino is a nutritionist specialising in Sports Medicine and Liver and Metabolic Diseases. He runs the Nutrition Ecology Seminar at the “Tor Vergata” University of Rome. He teaches Nutrition and Physiology applied to sports at the Italian National Olympic Committee (CONI) Sports Federations in Rome. He also speaks at various medical and medical science conferences.
Born in Peschici, Dr Siani advises patients of all ages on healthy eating. An expert in nutritional education and information, he creates dietary plans for each individual based on their lifestyle and specific needs, recommending the right proportions of foods that combine in different ways to help strengthen the body and keep the patient in good health.

MICRONUTRITION - WELL-AGING

Julie MORDASINI

A homeopath and specialist in Micronutrition and Anti-ageing, there are 4 stages of treatment in her Wellaging preventive medicine programme: the patient’s history, examining their mental and physical health; a more in-depth study and analysis stage without the patient being present; a clinical examination to identify the patient’s dietary behaviour; and finally, behavioural and therapeutic recommendations to help the body function properly and achieve balance. The doctor explains that “the principles of classical homeopathy and regulatory functional medicine have led me to consider a person as a unique specimen with its own individual predispositions and needs and its own physical, emotional and subconscious experience”. Constantly undergoing training, she is a member of several recognised national and European associations. A promoter of integrated medicine, she believes in an interdisciplinary approach that compares the various unconventional medical and scientific methods with official medicine to achieve the best result for the patient, whose quality of life is at the heart of the programme. Her treatments include classical unicist homeopathy, colour acupuncture with a homeopathic slant, and wellaging.

Harriet GJISBERG

A specialist in mental coaching, she guides patients in search of balance and harmony, identifies sources of happiness and vitality and essentially helps to improve their quality of life.
Mental coaching is a discipline offering individual support and direction, focusing on individual growth using a series of techniques to improve the person’s performance, motivating them and developing personal or professional skills.
The mental life coach helps people to better manage stress, fear and different kinds of anxiety (for exams, competitions, tests etc.), communication conflicts (between parents and children or colleagues), phobias, traumas, grief and allergies. By focusing on emotions, she stimulates the person’s motivation and optimises the relationship between their body and mind.
Mental coaching is not just applied to the individual’s personal life but also to their professional and sporting life, with the same common goal: improving psychological and physical performance and increasing self- esteem. Her services include a specialist visit, aimed at the coach and patient getting to know each other, and subsequent follow-up visits.

Riccardo FORTE

A doctor and surgeon who graduated from the University of Milan in “Biotechnology in Aesthetic Medicine”, he is an expert in body harmony who aims to unite physical and psychological health and wellbeing.
His numerous studies and professional experience have developed over the years, enriching his cultural and professional expertise with practical and theoretical skills, ensuring the success and efficacy of his treatments.
Dr Forte also completed a Masters in Cosmetic Morphodynamic Surgery at the School of Plastic Surgery at the University of Milan and has never stopped training and learning, attending courses and conferences, sometimes as a speaker. The result of his vast experience is his freelance activity in aesthetic medicine in the provinces in the north of Italy and south of Switzerland, and as a teacher on the Aesthetic Medicine and Biotechnology course at the University of Milan, as well as at the International School of Aesthetic Medicine in Rome and Warsaw. His treatments range from aesthetic medicine (hyaluronic acid, fillers, Botulinum, peeling, endolift) to treatments using biotechnology (carboxytherapy, PICO lasers and Q-switched lasers, cryotherapy, focused ultrasound, LEDs and CO2 laser surgery).
