To confirm the stay, we require your payment two weeks at least before your arrival.
• For cancellations made within 14 days to 7 days before date of arrival: Full refund.
• For cancellations made within 7 days to 4 days before date of arrival: 50% refund.
• For cancellations made within 4 days to 0 days before the arrival date: No refund.
• For cancellations without notice: No refund.
• Unexpected departure: No refund.
