In 2019 the renovation of rooms was done.

The aim of the new refurbishment plans was to strike a balance between the hotel’s traditional legacy and contemporary design, making the Grand Hotel Parker’s into an invitingly refined place where guests can soak up the history and feel the presence of the illustrious visitors from the past, but at the same time enjoy all the benefits of contemporary architecture.
The new rooms fuse modern colours and contemporary architectural solutions with old-time furnishings and period allure: elegant boiserie panels, classy fabrics and a curated lighting system which combines fine design with atmospheric illumination.

The hotel’s new bistrot and cocktail bar Specchi spring up on the lobby floor where the historical Hall of Mirrors once was. Open to the city, it is a versatile place which changes illumination and atmosphere according to the time of day.
The sixth floor of the hotel with a terrace and soul-stirring panorama has been completely reworked to cater for new kinds of guest. A restrained elegance in a neutral colour palette and curated design details is the hallmark of the surrounds opening onto the spacious terrace. This space has been split into three different areas: the Breakfast Room, the Lounge and the “George” gourmet restaurant.
The Breakfast room stands next to the lounge, offering the same spectacular view with access to the terrace.
The lounge is separated from Breakfast room by a vertical marble-clad partition wall in which a huge fireplace has been ensconced, visible to both the areas. It has been designed to be an inviting retreat with cosseting comfortable seating and large panes of glass looking out across the gulf of Naples.
Headed by a young talented chef, the Gourmet restaurant “George” has forty covers, refined table settings, a visible kitchen and a walkout terrace with splendid views over the bay of Naples.
One standout feature of this area is the cigar room, shaped like a transparent cube so that no-one misses out on the magnificent view.
