Situated in Albir Beach, nearby the picturesque town of Villa de Altea (Region of Valencia), the medical hotel SHA sits on a beautiful mountainside overlooking the Mediterranean Sea, part of the Sierra Helada Natural Park, one of Spain’s foremost ornithological reserves. The mild and agreeable micro-climate of the area guarantees fantastic temperatures all year around, and the area is recognized by the World Health Organization as having one of the World’s best climates, this in itself being an important factor for the maintenance of optimum health.

5 architecturally-surprising independent structures, inter-communicated by bridges, comprise the edifice, and contain 93 suites with surface areas of between 70 and 320 square meters. The complex includes large swimming pools and waterfalls, and many relaxation areas such as the Zen, Mediterranean and Tropical gardens.

Moreover, the wellness area covers an area of more than 2,000 square meters, divided into hydrotherapy and treatment zone. It has 41 treatment rooms, a couple treatment suite, medical and consultation rooms, and spacious waiting and relaxation areas. You can also enjoy massages and treatments outdoors in a unique environment of private palapas located near the infinity pool. Nearby, there are also several championship golf courses and four marinas.

Welcome to SHA Residences, a pioneering, luxurious and healthy residential complex. It counts with 11 luxurious suites of 3 different typologies, each one has a private and independet entrance. In addition, the residences are integrated and connected with SHA Wellness Clinic spaces.
An innovative residential complex, built in compliance with the highest design and comfort standards. All the residences have a private pool and 2 or 3 bedrooms. The perfect layout to make your daily life a pleasant and lovely healthy experience.

Cancellation policy

From 01.04.21:

Total cancellation:
From booking day and within 21 days before arrival - 3% administrative expenses will be charged.
20-15 days: 15%.
14-8 days: 30%.
7-3 days: 60%.
2 days before arrival or no-show: 100%.

Stay dates changes:
7 days before the original arrival day - 0%.
Less than 7 days before the original arrival date and the new date is 48 hours before or after the original - penalty 500 EUR per guest.
In case the new arrival date is below the 48 hours - penalty 1,000 EUR.

Cancellation and modification policy of programme and/or extra treatments:
7 days before the original arrival day - 0%.
Once this time limit has passed, the following fees will apply:
• 300 EUR in the event of cancellation* or replacement of 4-day programme.
• 500 EUR in the event of cancellation* or replacement of 7- day programme.
• 700 EUR in the event of cancellation* or replacement of programme of 14 or more days.
(*Cancelling a programme requires booking another programme or, in the case of returning guests, booking full board with treatments and/or services à la carte)

COVID-19


Valid till 31.05.21
• Bookings can be changed to any other date within the next 12 months without incurring any penalty, up to 48 hours before the arrival date.
• Bookings can be cancelled without charge up to 7 days prior to the arrival date.
• For cancellations made 7 days or less before the arrival date, the entirety of the stay will not be charged, as has been the case up to now. Instead, only 50% of the total cost will be charged (including any booked treatments and services).

→ In the case of retrospective cancellation, 50% of the booking cost will be charged.
→ If the dates of a booking have already been amended once, unless there is a force majeure justification, any subsequent cancellation will incur cancellation charges, for the total amount of the deposit originally paid (50% of the booking cost).
→ Any bank or administrative charges will be deducted from the refund of the deposit. In order to refund a deposit (or part of a deposit) paid by credit card, if over 30 days have elapsed since the payment of the deposit, the refund can only be made by means of a bank transfer to the account indicated by the guest.
→ Once a guest has checked into the establishment, in the event of an early departure, the total amount for all services contracted will be charged, and no refund can be made.
