ROYAL ARCTIC

Le Royal Monceau offers a polar experience within a majestic setting of frost and glaciers, an elegant place to celebrate one year’s end and another’s beginning.
Around a pool transformed into the Arctic Ocean, two igloos become venues for up to six guests to enjoy a unique experience, a chance to savour the prestigious MCIII cuvée – the ultimate expression of Moët & Chandon’s champagne-making expertise. The Chefs from restaurants Matsuhisa Paris and Il Carpaccio have devised dishes that perfectly complement this very special cuvée.
Outside the igloos, guests can enjoy other Moët & Chandon Champagnes by the glass, with a festive tapas menu.

Treat yourself to a meal in the light-filled glazed dining room of Il Carpaccio restaurant, where the Chef serves refined cuisine whose fresh ingredients and traditional recipes have been sourced from all over Italy. Two different menus for Christmas and New Year’s Eve serve up winter flavours such as lobster in Jerusalem artichoke sauce, champagne risotto, scallops in pumpkin cream or Italian desserts revisited by Pastry Chef Pierre Hermé Paris.

Served every winter afternoon in the warm and cosy Bar Long, the Royal Afternoon Tea is a creative and sophisticated take on the timeless institution of teatime.
